ETA: Okay, I've just watched the SNL parody a bunch more times (and the part with Rashida about 40 times...I am such a fangirl). The more I watched it, the more I realized that the person doing Pam was FANTASTIC. Sure, she had the Pam hair, but what I really picked up on was that she had the Pam slouch. And, the most hilarious thing of all was that her WATERCOLOR PAINTING was of 30 ROCKEFELLER PLAZA!! PERFECT!!!! Yaaaaay, SNL for giving us die-hard fans those details. Also, there was a big hug at the end between Rainn and Rashida that was just adorable. AHHHH, Office.

Our beloved favorite TV show (NBC's "The Office"--DUH) has been nominated for a GLAAD (Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) Media Award for Best Outstanding Comedy Series. "The Office" is up against ABC's "Ugly Betty" (URGH!), ABC's "Desperate Housewives," and VH1's "So NoTORIous."

Good times were had by all

Here we have Ed Helms and his bluegrass band, The Lonesome Trio performing "My Heart Will Go On." It's no "Ainbow-ray Onnection-cay, but it's pretty funny.

Scranton's Weatherman

Here's a brief article that was posted over at TWoP which talks about the local Scranton weatherman who felt his 15 minutes of fame when he was (blurrily) shown in last week's episode.

Yet another reason why "The Office" is the Best. Show. On. TV. Of COURSE they would specifically get a video that shows a map of Scranton for a tiny and completely blurred video!

Jenna Fischer was at the breakfast yesterday morning for The Hollywood Reporter's Power 100 Women.

Powerful, funny, pretty, talented, generally awesome, on the best show on television, has a cute and funny husband, AND gets to KISS JOHN KRASINSKI ON THE MOUTH.

I'm only guessing, but I'd say it's good to be Jenna Fischer.

Giving "The Office" - And Its Fans - Their Due

The Chicago Tribune's TV blogger gave out "Watchie" awards for the year's best in television. "The Office" was mentioned for Best Award Acceptance Speech for Steve Carell's Golden Globe acceptance speech, Best Kiss, Best Online Presence, and Best Fan Campaign:

"“Office” creator Greg Daniels used an interview in the Tribune to plead for a supersize Season 2 finale.
